I really like a slimline card and was completely happy to see it for this week’s sketch problem. I used the Seaside Needs Bundle which has a hybrid embossing folder which cuts and embosses with one go via the machine.
Right here’s the sketch I used. It’s from the weekly Atlantic Hearts Sketch Problem. I really like doing their sketches.
Suggestions & Directions

Pecan Pie Card Base – 7 1/2 x 8 1/2, rating at 3 3/4

Primary Beige Layer – 8 1/4 x 3 1/2, stamp the sand picture on the high and backside proper facet corners a number of instances in Pecan Pie Ink.

Use the Hybrid Embossing Folder with the die for the sand {dollars} in it and place a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 piece of Pecan Pie Cardstock in it. Run it via your die reducing machine utilizing the Specialty Plate for 3D Embossing Folders.

Mix Pecan Pie ink on the three sand {dollars} with a Mixing Brush so as to add some texture.

Stamp the big and small starfish pictures on Crumb Cake Cardstock in Cajun Craze ink and die reduce with the coordinating dies.

Die reduce 2 of the detailed sand {dollars} from Crumb Cake Cardstock.

Prepare and cling the items on the Primary Beige layer.

Primary Beige – 1 1/4 x 2 1/2, stamp sentiment in Pecan Pie ink. Adhere to a chunk of Pecan Pie reduce to 1 3/8 x 2 5/8. Adhere to the cardboard with Dimensionals.

Add some clear Opal Rounds.
On the within layer (Primary Beige – 8 1/4 x 3 1/2), stamp sentiment the smaller silver greenback in Pecan Pie ink. Stamp 2 small starfish in Cajun Craze ink. Stamp some sea glass pictures in Pecan Pie stamping off first to get a lighter shade. Stamp the sand picture to fill in.
I really like all the feel on this card. The sand {dollars} virtually look actual.
