Embroidery thread and a washer:

After not touching my cross-stitch for 2 years, I picked it up once more. Inside two weeks, I had completed it and began one other. I additionally went by way of my pile of embroidery floss to see if I had any colors used within the present package in case I ran out. These two colors—inexperienced and orange—are two typical hues in my new cross-stitch.

I used to be lacking a washer on my embroidery body, and whereas beginning to arrange a stitching nook in my new place, I discovered it.

Tape measure:

I used it to measure the house in my stitching nook so I might design it. And sure, I’ll share extra as soon as it’s arrange.

Dagger brush

I misplaced the dagger brush, which I carry with me all over the place. This 1/2-inch Collection 772 Rosemary dagger brush was given to me by Virginia Hein in Amsterdam in 2019, and it’s been what I’ve utilized in my package ever since. The previous brush was nonetheless completely usable ( if I wanted a skinny edge, I’d simply press the hairs collectively), but it surely was time to switch it. The tip of the deal with has been sharpened to slot in my toothbrush holder—see extra right here.

My desktop vacuum:

I’m lastly getting round to establishing my work desk, and I’ll need to discover a place to retailer this ladybug in order that it’s helpful for choosing up eraser shavings.

I’ll share these sketches once more within the context of a full web page in my subsequent article – so keep tuned for that.
