- Scorching water (does not need to be boiling, assume one thing as scorching as tea)
- Meals coloring (or liquid watercolors would work nice too!)
- Borax (You’ll be able to normally discover it within the laundry part of your retailer)
- Egg shells (cleaned and washed)
Instructions:
1. Pour scorching water right into a bowl.
2. Add borax powder + stir. Maintain including extra powder till the borax not dissolves. (You will see powder on the underside of your container that will not go away. That is okay! It means you made a supersaturated answer.)
3. Add meals coloring. (As a lot as you need!)
4. Submerge your eggshells.
5. Wait 2 hours till the water cools.
6. Dislodge your lovely sparkly eggs from the underside of your container and luxuriate in.
And that is it! The crystals will stay on the egg even after the egg shells dry. However this is not a without end craft. The crystals are fairly fragile and can flake off. However they need to final for some time if you happen to do not contact them.
