Hi there to all my artful associates! It is Conny right here and I’m thrilled to be working with the Farmers Market Assortment. This lovely and heat assortment is ideal for capturing fall/Autumn recollections, documenting recipes, or showcasing your gardening adventures. This undertaking started with two 12″ X 12″ papers, and though I wasn’t certain the place it was headed, my coronary heart led me to making a mini album. So, right here we’re with a mini album that provides ample area for photographs, recipes, and rather more.
Let’s get began! To create the within pages for this mini album, I selected two 12″ x 12″ papers. I scored every paper at 4″ and eight” on one facet, and at 5 3/4″ and 6 1/4″ on the opposite facet. I then used scissors to trim the highest and backside, leaving the center part between 5 3/4″ and 6 1/4″. Within the picture offered, you’ll be able to see the place I added a strip of double-sided tape.
To create the covers, I lower three items of chipboard. Two items measured 4 1/4″ x 6″ for the back and front covers, and one piece measured 4 1/4″ x 1.5″ for the backbone. I wrapped the chipboard items with orange plaid facet of the sphere of flowers paper to offer them an ornamental end. I added a contact of uniqueness to the covers by stitching across the edges.
To maintain the contents safe, I created a closure with paper and magnets. For the wrap-around or flap closure, I lower piece measuring 6″ x 3″. To make sure sturdiness, I rounded the sides of the flap and strengthened it with textured cardstock to ensure the closure was robust sufficient to carry the magnets securely in place.
I embellished with bits and items, chit-chats, odds and ends, enamel dots, puffy icons, mini icons, and cardstock stickers.
