Fall/Winter 2024 Concern Sketch-Impressed with Tina Smith

Hello there, it’s Tina from Playing cards & Espresso Time! I’m so excited to share a card venture impressed by one of many superior sketches from the Fall/Winter 2024 Concern of SCT Journal. This slimline sketch has this cute scalloped border and diagonal-sided floral corners—completely my cup of tea!

As an alternative of going for a slimline, I switched it as much as an A2 card, which was tremendous simple by stretching out the foliage within the corners. And hey, just a few butterflies swooped in to fill that further area on the cardboard too!

At this time, we’re making a fall forest look with just a few gadgets from the Spellbinders Woodland Tales Assortment. I used patterned paper to emulate the scallops on the sketch and love the country look. Including grey ink to the sides of the foliage tones down the whites of the flower facilities and the brilliant colour of orange used for the flowers.

I used the Spellbinders Woodland Tales Fern and the Woodland Tales Floral within the corners and the Woodland Tales 12 x 12″ patterned paper for the background and butterflies. Utilizing an A2 card with this sketch allowed me to make use of further foliage and a wider greeting! The Spellbinders Woodland Tales Sentiments have phrases that you would be able to customise which are good for cardmaking and scrapbooking pages.

The stunning Woodland Tales Assortment from Spellbinders presents a wide range of merchandise together with press plates, stamps, embossing folders, and extra. They’re great for any time of 12 months. I hope this publish has introduced some inspiration to your day utilizing SCT Journal sketches from the Fall/Winter Concern.
