In New Orleans, we love our costumes. Madera E. Rogers-Henry of The Recycle Problem will lead a workshop throughout which members will repurpose trash to make wearable gadgets. The Recycle Problem is “a multinational initiative that celebrates the richness of variety and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive atmosphere that respects and values people of all races, ethnicities, and backgrounds.
