Directions
- Put together work floor with newspaper,
- Print and lower out the Penguin sample on card inventory or heavyweight paper.
- Place sample on newspaper and squeeze glue onto paper plate.
- Take cotton ball and pull a bit to flatten. Dip in glue and placed on center of sample.
- Dip white pom poms into glue and place on penguin eyes.
- Reduce yellow tissue paper into items roughly 1 1/2″ to 2″ sq..
